Dear Sir, Madam,

We are pleased to unveil the renovation of the venerable "Mánes" building which sits atop the beautifully preseved premier Spa town of the 19th Century, Mariánské Lázně (Marienbad in its former guise). Our project is a continuation of our first successful project in Marienbad, the "Sněžka" Residence, found adjacent, finally forming the coherent entity we had envisaged when we first broke ground on our project in 2006. However, we see this as the returning the pride of place to these, two of Marienbad's founding properties, as the premier address and architectural highlights as was their wont, with their presidential vantage above the majestic Colonnade overlooking the town .  The unique location and historical significance has predestined that we entrusted the project to no lesser a guarantor of architectural excellence than Professor Eva Jiřičná, a living legend of Czech and European Architecture. Under her stewardship, we hope to create a focal point equal to the award-winning "Sněžka" residence, whose hallmark is an exterior fully returned to its former majesty, coupled with an interior finding a modern expression of the spirit of refinement. The apartments found within our online brochure present a truly exceptional and inimitable offering boasting a view over the entire city, whilst sitting directly atop ancient mineral springs whose salubrious properties garnered worldwide fame. Our aim is to return to our clients the sense of rejuvenation and wellness that had made this property a favourite among the European society, hosting, year on year a variety of royalty and notable personages from Germany, Russia and Great Britain. It is out fervent wish that you find in our project an echo of that era and find your comfort and well-being as would they.
